Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted exclusively in the case of manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection during delivery, the item may be returned immediately with the courier.
For issues discovered after delivery, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or our social media page with supporting photos for review.
Once a manufacturing defect is verified, we will arrange for the return of the item and process your refund accordingly.
